Description Pigments is an ultra-modern software tool that gives you the ability to use all the shades of synthesis. Thanks to colorful, expressive sound engines, light modulation, professional utilities and studio FX, explore the endless spectrum of sound.
Main characteristics
Complex synthesis:
The dream of a sound designer, a producer’s workhorse, a musician’s playground. Pigments, in which everything is in just one click, takes the complex details of creating sound and makes them instantly available, enjoyable and yours to learn.
Several types of synthesis:
Pigments gives you control over 4 powerful types of sound engines: Wavetable, Virtual analog, Sample & Granular and Harmonic. Combine any pair of these engines with an additional Utility oscillator and a sampled noise to get an almost endless synthesis palette.
Modulation and sound formation:
Free, change and raise your sound until it becomes completely your own, using instant modulation drag and drop. There is nothing forbidden in changing your patches: dozens of sources and an almost infinite number of destination combinations that you can control with one click.
Musical sequencing and arpegia:
Pigments not only creates amazing synthesizer sounds - it creates music. Weave beautiful melodies, create developing step modulations and revitalize the whole sound with a simple but powerful mechanism of sequencing and arpejection that makes your sound move.
Colorize your sound:
Add the latest strokes or send your patches to sound orbit using a huge but affordable set of filtering options and FX. Combine or combine double filters using classic and modern modes, and add endless colors to any sound using studio FX, from Shimmer Reverb to Bitcrusher.
Different types:
Fully immerse yourself in sound without losing focus using clean Pigments layout options. Control your voices and modulation using the Synth tab, switch to the Play Mode mode to maintain simplicity, or select the Light Mode mode for a more contrast view.
Flexible routing of audio:
Choose how voices, modulations, filters and FX Pigments will respond to each other, thanks to complete control over the routing of sound. Direct different engines to different filters, change the sequential connection to parallel or find your own combination for unique experimental audio manipulations.
